Referrals and Project Collaboration: Since the community consists exclusively of people in construction-related businesses, you can refer business to each other and even bring each other into your projects. You will be part of a network of peers you know well and can confidently work with.
Mastermind/Peer Advisory Groups: As a Contractor Success Hub member, you will be part of a group of other professionals in complementary (but not competing) businesses. Together you will share challenges so you can support, encourage, and advise each other.
Monthly Training: Monthly meetings provide training on general business principles, best practices, and application to your business. Topics include accounting and finance, marketing, leadership and management, productivity, personal development, legal issues for construction-related companies, and preparing to sell a business.
Industry Experts: Some of our monthly learning sessions are led by people who have already successfully grown their construction business, including some who have successfully sold their business. We also give you direct access to experts in fields such as tax planning, law, and HR.
